어릴 적 자주 했던, ‘종이 접어 자르기’라는 행위를 가구로 디자인했다.

종이를 접어 내가 좋아하던 형태를 자르고 펼치면 새로운 형태가 나타나는 놀이를 즐겨 했었고, 이러한 과정에 착안하여 디자인을 전개했다.

우리가 생활하는 인공적인 공간안에 유기적인 자연의 형상을 그래픽화 하여 자르고 접어서 새롭게 ‘스툴’이라는 형태로 표현했다.

스툴로 만들어진 그래픽 조각의 형태안에 주변 공간의 형상과 색상이 담겨 새로운 무드를 만들어 주는 디자인이다.

I got the idea from the 'folding and cutting paper', which I used to do often when I was young.

If I cut and spread the paper in the form I wanted, a new form appeared. I designed based on this process.

It was intended to harmonize by adding organic natural images to the artificial space where people live.

The stool contains the shape and color of the surrounding space, creating a new mood.
