Currently offering contents service ‘NAVER DESIGN,’ Designpress is a joint venture co-founded by NAVER, the biggest web portal in Korea, and Design House, a leading media communication company which publishes monthly magazines 〈Design〉 and 〈Homeliving & Style〉. The ‘NAVER DESIGN’ provides about 80 latest news updates on design, crafts and arts written by more than 100 outside reporters and writers including many foreign correspondents in China, US, Singapore, Finland, Germany, etc. Designpress is a content-centered media communication company which helps the public enjoy the value and amusement of creative works and supports creators in their promotional efforts.

A graphic and product design studio run by Jang Tae-hoon and Kim Donghoon, Zerolab aims for a wealth of inspiring cultural activities. Producing a wide range of creative works, it tries to narrow the gap between experimental design and commercial design, and solve realistic issues in the design industry.

Book to Inspire Design World

Designpress has run ‘Oh! Creator,’ a special section of NAVER DESIGN, for two years and interviewed about 90 creators. Defining creators not just as plain interviewees but as important ‘social innovators,’ Designpress as introduced their thoughts and achievements in various ways including online media, publications and exhibitions. In this exhibition, it will focus upon sharing the sources for creative inspiration with viewers under the theme of “Books that Inspired ‘Oh! Creator’.”
