어머니께서 몰래 주머니에 넣어주시던 부적을 몸에 지니던 기억에서 출발한 이 작업은 간절한 마음을 함께 나누고자 하는 바람에서 시작되었다. 동양의 부적을 전통적인 붓글씨 형식에서 벗어나 라틴 문자와 결합한 새로운 타이포그래피로 재해석하고, 한국 전통 이미지를 더해, 무형의 부적이 지닌 기운을 시각화하였다. 술술 레시피는 부적의 의미를 알리고, 현대적 감각을 더해 부적이 우리의 소중한 문화유산이자 문화 콘텐츠로 확장하기를 기대하며, 이번 전시를 통해 부적에 대한 거리감을 해소하고 그 가치를 새롭게 드러내고자 한다.

This work recalls the memory of carrying a talisman my mother once placed in my pocket, rooted in the wish to share sincere hopes. Reimagined beyond brush script, it blends Latin letters with Korean motifs to visualize its unseen energy. Sulsul Recipe conveys the meaning of talismans with a modern sensibility, embracing them as cultural heritage and renewing their value.
