이 작업은 건축의 역사, 이론, 담론 등 다양한 이야기와 건축만의 물리적이고 물질적인 특성을 질문하며 시작되었다. 취지나 과정을 떠나서, 결과물 그 자체로 자신만의 존재감을 드러내는 작은 건축물을 만들고자 하였다. 건축의 필수적이고 보편적인 요소인 기둥과 보, 수평판을 소재로 하여 형태 그 자체로 오브제처럼 미학적으로 기능하고, 다양한 용도를 초대할 수 있는 건축적 가구를 디자인하였다. 그리드와 모듈에 기반하였기에 조합과 확장이 가능하며, 다양한 재료 및 색상으로 커스터마이징이 가능하다.

This work was initiated by interrogating diverse characteristics of architecture. Apart from this, we wanted to create small buildings that reveal their presence through the result. Using columns, beams, and slabs, essential and universal elements of architecture, as materials, we designed architectural furniture that functions aesthetically like an object and invites various uses.
