Chairs are products in which form, structure, and the material’s properties are most directly expressed, as well as symbolic objects that embody the relationship between humans and materials. This exhibition showcases KUO DUO’s chairs, highlighting how different material qualities, production methods and cultural backgrounds are reflected in their design. Each chair differs in material, functionality, and the way it interacts with the user, yet they all carry KUO DUO’s consistent approach to form, material, and craftsmanship, as well as their unified design language.
