스튜디오히치의 박희찬 소장이 기획하고 만든 엔지니어링 클럽은 건축을 기반으로 다양한 프로젝트를 전개해 온 그의 철학과 경험이 자연스레 표출되는 공간이다. 그는 사물이 만들어지는 원리와 이를 손으로 구현하는 섬세하고 치밀한 장인 정신, 그리고 그에 따른 물리적 실체에 관심이 많다. 사물주의를 예찬하는 그의 태도는 완벽한 커피를 위해 세밀하고 엄격하게 원두를 셀렉션하고 커피를 내리는 엔지니어링 클럽으로 이어져 독특한 공간의 오라를 선사한다.

Engineering Club is a coffeehouse tucked away in a quiet alley near Samgakji Station. Passionate and confident baristas serve guests with carefully prepared coffee and desserts.

Designed by Park Hee-chan, director of Studio Hitch, the space embodies his architectural philosophy and hands-on approach. With a keen interest in how things are made and the craftsmanship behind them, Park’s love for the tangible is evident in this café. His object-focused perspective is reflected throughout Engineering Club, where every detail — from bean selection to brewing — is thoughtfully refined, giving the place a unique sense of precision and artistry.
