홍익대학교 디자인컨버전스학부 학생들은 On-Sil(온실)이라는 은유적 공간의 제안을 통해 그동안 우리가 간과해왔던 작은 것들의 삶에 대한 진솔한 이야기를 전달한다. On-Sil은 다양한 유기체들이 서로 다른 사유와 맥락으로 공생하는 하나의 장(場)이다. On은 유기체에게 새로운 의미와 생명력을 불어넣는 우리들의 시도를, Sil은 우리와 유기체들 사이의 소통을 위한 매개체를 상징한다. 디자인컨버전스학부 학생들이 벽을 허물고 경계를 넘어 만들어내는 융합의 시너지는 각양각색의 유기체들이 연결되어 함께 조화로움을 이루는 온실과 닮아있다.

Students from Hongik University's School of Design Convergence deliver honest stories about overlooked small things in a metaphorical space called On-Sil. "On" symbolizes giving new life,and sil, pronounced thread in Korean, stands for the medium for communication between us and the organism. The space reflects a fusion of diverse organisms, where students break boundaries to create harmony.
