BEBOP의 디자이너들이 외주 프로젝트로부터 잠시 벗어나 스스로의 매력과 개성을 자유롭게 표출하며 다양한 실험을 하는 내부 프로젝트 활동인 BEBOP PLAY에서 진행한 작업들의 일부를 전시합니다. Speech tray는 만화책에서 쓰이는 말풍선의 형상을 재해석한 금속 트레이 시리즈로, 사용자가 트레이 위에 놓아두는 물건들은 그들의 취향과 개성을 ‘말해준다’라는 의미에서 영감을 받았습니다. Root vase는 식물의 뿌리에서 영감을 얻었으며, 생명력의 근원인 보이지 않는 뿌리를 밖으로 드러내어 그 중요성을 강조합니다.

BEBOP designers step away from client work to express their creative personalities through the experimental internal project BEBOP PLAY. Speech tray reinterprets the shape of comic book speech bubbles with the idea that the objects placed on it speak to the person's tastes and personality. Root vase takes inspiration from plant roots, exposing the unseen source of life to emphasize its importance.
