건축베이스의 작가로서, 늘 공간과 예술을 잇고 과거와 현대를 잇는 작품을 창작하기를 추구하고, 언제든 보는 이의 시각과 생각을 해치지 않기위해 조화되는 작품을 만들고자 합니다. 이번 전시에서는 내면의 활동(변화)을 형태, 질감, 과정에 담기도 하고, 평화롭게 의식이 흐르는 순간에 멈춰있던 시선 끝의 장면을 멈추고 싶어하는 마음을 담았습니다. 이러한 작가의 주관적인 과정으로 창작된 작품들이지만, 보는 이로 하여금 "고요속에 느껴지는 움직임"을 개개인의 생각을 담아 자유롭게 느끼시길 바랍니다.

As an artist with a background in architecture, I pursue the creation of works that connect space and art, and bridge the past and the present. This exhibition reflects inner movements through the works or wishs to hold onto a scene in a moment when consciousness was peaceful flowing. Though, I hope each viewer can freely interpret them—bringing their own thoughts—feeling “motion in silence.”
